UK STANDARD DELIVERY: £6.95 (3-5 working days)

We endeavour to dispatch orders placed before 12pm on the same day, orders placed after 12pm will be processed the next working day.

Mainland UK: These orders are sent via Royal Mail and a signature will be required on delivery.

Northern Ireland and Channel Islands: orders are delivered by DPD Special Delivery and require a signature. Delivery will take between 3-5 working days.

UK NEXT WORKING DAY DELIVERY: £8.95

Next Working Day orders placed on Monday - Thursday before 12pm will be processed that day and will be delivered the following day. Any orders placed on Monday - Thursday after 12pm will be processed the next working day and will be delivered the following working day.

If you place an order before 12pm on Friday the order will be delivered the following week on the Monday, if you place an order after 12pm on a Friday the order will be processed the following week on Monday for delivery on Tuesday.

UK SATURDAY DELIVERY: £10.95

Orders placed for Saturday delivery before 12pm on Friday will be processed that day, any orders after 12pm on a Friday will be delivered the following Saturday.

Orders for Saturday delivery are delivered by DPD and require a signature. DPD do not deliver to business addresses.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We ship globally* and now accept all major currencies. Please select your relevant country from the menu. You can then view products in your desired currency and any important information in your own language. Once at checkout, you will see local payment methods and calculations for any appropriate shipping, duties, taxes and other customs fees.

*Unfortunately, we are unable to ship goods to Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Yemen, Crimea and Sevestopol.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email and text message with instructions for tracking your parcel. You will be notified again via email and text message on the day of delivery.‚ÄĮ¬†

If your parcel is returned to us as undelivered then your order will be refunded and you will need to place a new order. 

UK RETURNS

Please attach the FREE returns address label provided on your returns note to your parcel and send your parcel to our warehouse. Please ask the Post Office for proof of postage. 

Goods bought in our pop-up store must be returned in store for an exchange.‚ÄĮ Orders placed on the website cannot be returned in store and must be returned to our warehouse.¬†

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

For International orders, we are pleased to announce we have launched a new affordable returns service! Access your returns portal here.

 

RETURNS POLICY

 

Please return your item and the returns/exchange form (delivered with the goods) within 14 days of receipt of the goods. We will give you a full refund or exchange* within 14 days of receiving the item(s). Please note delivery fees will not be refunded and we are not liable for any loss of or damage to return parcels.

*This excludes international orders, which are eligible for returns only.

All items must be returned in an unworn (re-saleable) and unwashed condition with the correct invoice, packaging and swing tag still attached. All un-damaged, correctly returned products will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card.

International customs duties, shipping costs and sales taxes are non-refundable.

We strongly recommend you obtain a free 'Certificate of Posting' from the Post Office, as we will not accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

International customers must clearly write 'return' or 'unwanted goods' on the label of their returns parcel to avoid unnecessary customs charges.

If you return your purchase by post or courier after the periods outlined above (with the exception of faulty or damaged goods), we reserve the right not to offer you a refund. We may instead issue you with a credit note.

In the case of returns which have been lost or delayed we may need to make a complaint with Royal Mail. In these instances, once we have the full details of your complaint it will normally take no more than 30 calendar days for Royal Mail to respond fully to your issue.

 

REFUNDS ON DISCOUNTED ITEMS 

If a promotional discount is applied to your order, the same discount will be applied to each product of your order that you return. You will only be refunded the amount that you originally paid for your order or any given product. When returning discounted products, the usual 14-day returns policy applies.

 

EXCHANGES

Returns and exchanges for UK customers (and Northern Ireland) are free of charge.

Exchanges are not available for non-UK customers, however you can still return your items and receive a refund for your order, subject to compliance with the outlined terms above.

 

FAULTY ITEMS

All items need to be fully assessed before rendered faulty or damaged. Please contact our customer care at info@chintiandparker.com for more information. Upon assessment if your item is deemed faulty or damaged, a full refund including all delivery costs will be given.
