Delivery & Returns
Our warehouse is currently experiencing technical difficulties and, due to this, there may be a delay in processing your Chinti & Parker order. During this period we are also unable to offer next day delivery and Saturday delivery options to our online customers.
We are working hard to ensure you receive your order as soon as possible and sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused.
Standard Delivery: €6.00
Standard delivery orders placed before 12pm on a weekday will be processed that day.
Standard delivery orders placed after 12pm will be processed the next working day.
UK Standard orders are delivered by Royal Mail and require a signature. Delivery takes between 2-3 working days*, excluding bank holidays.
Next Day Delivery: €10
Next Working Day orders placed on Monday-Thursday before 12pm will be processed that day, and will be delivered the following day.
Any orders placed on Monday-Thursday after 12pm will be processed the next working day and will be delivered the following working day.
If you place an order before 12pm on Friday the order will be delivered the following week on the Monday, if you place an order after 12pm on a Friday, the order will be processed the following week on Monday for delivery on Tuesday.
UK next working day orders are delivered by DPD and require a signature.
European Deliveries: €17.99, 5-8 working days*
US & Rest of World: €22.95, 5-8 working days*

We are sorry to inform you that we are no longer able to deliver to Russia, however our stockist, Farfetch, does deliver to Russia. Please visit www.farfetch.com to order from our collection.
Tracking your order
Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email and text message with instructions for tracking your parcel. You will be notified again via email and text message on the day of delivery.
If your parcel is returned to us as undelivered then your order will be refunded and you will need to place a new order.
DUTIES & TAXES
We include the cost of Duties & Taxes in US orders, so you won’t have to pay any additional fees on receipt of your item(s).
Deliveries outside of the UK and US may be subject to additional duties and taxes.
Any applicable Duties & Taxes on deliveries must be settled by the recipient. Please check with your local customs and duties office for more information on these charges. Please note international customs duties, shipping costs and sales taxes are non-refundable.
Please attach the address label provided on your returns note to your parcel and send your parcel to our warehouse. Please ask the Post Office for proof of postage.

Please attach the address label provided to your parcel and send your parcel to our warehouse and ensure you retain proof of postage. We regret that for non-UK customers, return costs are the responsibility of the customer and that exchanges cannot be processed.
International customers must clearly write ‘return’ or ‘unwanted goods’ on the label of their returns parcel to avoid extra unnecessary customs charges.

Please return your item and the returns/exchange form (delivered with the goods) within 14 days of receipt of the goods. We will give you a full refund or exchange* within 14 days of receiving the item(s).
*This excludes international orders, which are eligible for returns only.
All items must be returned in an unworn (re-saleable) and unwashed condition with the correct invoice, packaging and swing tag still attached. All un-damaged, correctly returned products will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card.**
International customs duties, shipping costs and sales taxes are non-refundable.
We strongly recommend you obtain a free 'Certificate of Posting' from the Post Office. International customers should clearly write 'return' or 'unwanted goods' on the label of their returns parcel to avoid unnecessary customs charges.***
If you return your purchase by post or courier after the periods outlined above (with the exception of faulty or damaged goods), we reserve the right not to offer you a refund. We may instead return your purchase to you.
In the case of returns which have been lost or delayed we may need to make a complaint with Royal Mail. In these instances, once we have the full details of your complaint it will normally take no more than 30 calendar days for Royal Mail to respond fully to your issue.

REFUNDS ON IN STORE PURCHASES
All sales are final for sale items and non Chinti & Parker products purchased at our stores, located at 243 Westbourne Grove, London, W11 2SE and 45 St Johns Wood High street, NW8 7NJ. Unfortunately, these products cannot be returned, even if in saleable condition.
We are, however, able to accept returns of full price Chinti & Parker products purchased in-store, within 14 days with proof of purchase.
REFUNDS ON DISCOUNTED ITEMS
If a promotional discount is applied to your order, the same discount will be applied to each product of your order that you return. You will only be refunded the amount that you originally paid for your order or any given product. When returning discounted products, the usual 14-day returns policy applies.
RIGHT TO CANCEL
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days of receiving your order without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good.
To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us (Chinti & Parker Ltd, Unit 33-35 Tileyard Studios, Tileyard Road, London N7 9AH, or email email@example.com, +44 (0) 207 016 4312) of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail).
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of cancel before the cancellation period has expired
EFFECTS OF CANCELLATION
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Returns and exchanges for UK customers (and Northern Ireland) are free of charge.
Exchanges are not available for non-UK customers, however you can still return your items and receive a refund for your order, subject to compliance with the outlined terms above.
